I.A Decor's exclusive products are desiged and manufactured with a much higher standard than what is typically found. Mortise and tenon as well as other details are what set us a part. We have seen many Reclaimed barnwood and wine barrel furnishings lack in quality.
Internet images can be deceiving. As an example, we have seen cabinet doors constructed using non-traditional joinery such as pocket screws, nails showing, excessive splintering,products stating Reclaimed wood but are actually primarily built with new lumber, poor selection of lumber resulting in weakness and excessive shrinkage as the manufacturer used wet lumber to build their product.
